It feels good to be
on the road together.
In 1989, my husband, Jan Kropielnicki, and I began the Tour Retour story in Poland. It was the start of a family tradition that brought exploring the world into our daily work, together with responsibility for the plans entrusted to us.
When I organize a trip, I see it through the travelers’ eyes. A school outing, a trip with coworkers, and an individual itinerary each have their own pace and needs. I tailor the program, transportation, and time to rest so that every day forms a carefully planned whole.

From the Polish office founded in 1989 to Tour Retour Travel in California. Family roots and a personal approach to travel connect the chapters of the Tour Retour story.
It all begins in Poland.
Jadwiga and Jan Kropielnicki establish the Tour Retour travel office. It marks the beginning of a family tradition of organizing trips, building relationships with partners, and exploring new destinations.
Agnieszka’s own chapter.
Agnieszka Niziałek, daughter of Jadwiga and Jan Kropielnicki, opens a travel agency under the name Biuro Podróży Tour Retour Agnieszka Niziałek. The family tradition gains a new chapter: personal advice, conversations about dreams, and help choosing a trip that suits the person taking it.
A new perspective — California.
Sebastian Niziałek, the founders’ grandson, moves to the United States. He explores California and the western part of the country, builds local connections, and develops travel itineraries for the region.
The family story continues.
Tour Retour Travel is established in California. It combines Polish roots with firsthand local experience and its own travel offerings.
Destinations and travel opportunities change. What remains central to this story is the personal relationship: a conversation before departure, thoughtful planning, and responsibility for every detail.
